In principle this is possible. But, you should take into account that this would also mean having a prolonged anaesthesia, 4 to 5 hours. I would recommend doing these procedures separately, so as to ease the postoperative period.
It is theoretically possible. Many surgeons perform such procedures simultaneously. But based on my extensive experience, I would not recommend this. Doing these procedures simultaneously increases the chances of a prolonged and obvious postoperative edema, longer rehabilitation, and a long-term healing process before the desired result is achieved.
